How can I contact Tinordic?
You can email us at support@tinordic.dk, and our customer service team will be happy to assist you with anything you need!

Do you ship throughout Denmark?
Yes.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any change or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this period will be declined. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it has been delivered.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and MobilePay.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed and shipped the following day.

How long will it take to receive my order?
You can expect to receive your order within 3–7 days of ordering. In rare cases, if the product is temporarily out of stock, delivery may take a little longer – but if that happens, you’ll be notified by email right after placing your order.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of dispatch, you are eligible for a full refund.
